The "one-door” project for exports and international expansion – one of the pillars of the 2016-2020 Business Plan of the CDP Group – has taken another important step forward
Simest – the Group lender that promotes the development of Italian companies abroad – has opened an office in Milan at the premises already used by Sace, which in turn is identified in the CDP Business Plan as the sole point of contact for businesses to access all the Group’s products and services for development in international markets.
The office will be managed by Marco Rosati, Head of the Italy Desk at Simest, and this approach will be rolled out to other key offices in future.
Since the beginning of the year, Sace and Simest – in coordination with the parent company CDP – have been working closely together to create a"single door” for exports and international expansion.
As well as the progress on the organisation of what will become the Italian centre of excellence in the field, joint road shows will depart shortly to enable the two companies to tell the country about the advantages of the new model, which should significantly increase the CDP Group’s support for Italian exporter companies and those that want to expand abroad.
