Major interest in the real estate world for “Spazio Blu”, the new intergenerational senior housing model launched in recent days by CDP Real Asset SGR with INPS, Gemelli and Investire SGR.
The project was frequently mentioned during REItaly, Monitor Immobiliare's convention day, now at its 23rd edition. It was also the focus of the panel discussion “Senior Housing, Nursing Homes, Medical Centres, Spas: New Opportunities for Investors”. Explaining the reasons behind the project and the details of the new senior housing model - which combines the housing component with social and healthcare services at home and remotely - was Filippo Catena, Head of Social Housing at CDP RA.
