Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that it was today informed about the authorization of the Italian Antitrust Authority for the acquisition from ENI of 30% less one share of the voting capital of SNAM Spa, since the operation does not constitute the creation or reinforcement of a dominant position that would eliminate or diminish competition in any meaningful or lasting way.
Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that it was today informed about the authorization of the Italian Antitrust Authority for the acquisition from ENI of 30% less one share of the voting capital of SNAM Spa, since the operation does not constitute the creation or reinforcement of a dominant position that would eliminate or diminish competition in any meaningful or lasting way. As previously announced to the market, the transfer of ownership of SNAM shares to CDP is scheduled to be carried out by mid-October this year.
