The disposal of Fintecna’s real estate assets is carried out through public procedures and/or beauty contests with the support of national brokers, with a view to transparency and with the intention of seizing the best market opportunities.

The procedures require Sales Notices to be published both on the website as well as in the main national newspapers.

Current Sales Notices are only available in the Italian website.
