The Code of Ethics defines the principles, guiding values, models and standards of conduct that are recognised, accepted and shared in everyday work at all levels of CDP’s organisational structure and in the Group companies subject to Management and Coordination.
The values of our Code of Ethics are binding on everyone who works in CDP, whatever their relationship or type of activity.
Our updated Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting of 9 May 2024, forms an integral part of the Organisation, Management and Control Models adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as amended, by CDP and the Group companies subject to Management and Coordination.
