We support the growth of the Italian hotel and tourism sector in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism.

Pursuing our objectives involves a dual intervention strategy:

Revamping accommodation facilities in need of major investment through the acquisition and subsequent refurbishment, in partnership with selected operators, also using NRRP funds (National Recovery and Resilience Plan)
Support the Italian hotel chains by facilitating the deconsolidation of their real estate (e.g. sales & lease-back) and providing them with the financial resources to be reinvested in their growth.

We support the growth of hospitality sector in Italy enabling the general improvement of accommodation facilities and facilitating the deconsolidation of Italian hotel chains through sales & lease-back operations.
